With clients in the US and abroad, we hold key contract vehicles including GSA IT Schedule 70, NIH CIO-SP3, GSA Alliant, and DHS-Eagle II.Join us in driving growth and seizing new business opportunities.Background The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role will support multiple Louisiana state agencies by delivering secure, scalable, and compliant low-code solutions that improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and data-driven decisionmaking. The ideal candidate brings strong hands‐on experience with Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, on‐Prem and Cloud RDBMS, along with a solid understanding of enterprise application development practices, security, and governance in a public‐sector environment. Experience with Copilot Studio and conversational AI is a plus.Role and Responsibilities The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Application Development & Solution DesignDesign, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions including:Canvas and Model-driven Power AppsPower PagesPower Automate cloud flows and approvalson-Prem and Cloud RDBMS and Dataverse data models, business rules, and security rolesPower BI reports and dashboardsTranslate business and program requirements into scalable technical solutions.Develop reusable components, patterns, and templates aligned with OTS standardsKnowledge transfer and train our in‐house developers to come up to speed.Integrate Power Platform solutions with:Microsoft 365 servicesDynamics 365 (where applicable)Azure services and external systems via connectors and APIsApply best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.Governance, Security & ComplianceImplement role-based security, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and environmental strategiesEnsure solutions comply with Louisiana OTS standards and applicable federal and state regulations (e.g., security, privacy, accessibility)Support audits, documentation, and technical reviews.Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and other developersProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and citizen developersParticipate in solution reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions.Evaluate and pilot new Power Platform features and capabilitiesAssist in designing conversational AI solutions and virtual agentsSupport use cases such as knowledge retrieval, case intake, and internal support automation.5+ years of experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical designs.Ability to work independently and across multiple projects in a shared‐services environment.5+ years of experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including:Power AppsPower Automateon-Prem and Cloud RDBMS, DataversePower BI5+ years of demonstrated strong understanding of:Environment strategy with Deployment and Troubleshooting (Dev/Test/Prod)Security and role-based access controlSQL QueriesPreferred QualificationExperience with Copilot Studio or other conversational AI platformsExperience in government, public sector, or regulated environmentsExperience with MS SQL ServerFamiliarity with:Dynamics 365DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Power PlatformMicrosoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer, Solution Architect)#J-18808-Ljbffr
