Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Paris, Sherman, Bonham or Greenville, TX, for a Real Estate Agent. The Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property tours, providing market insights, negotiating contracts, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Additional duties include conducting property evaluations, preparing documents such as purchase agreements, and staying informed about current real estate market trends and practices. Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License allowing legal practiceExperience (preferred) in Real Estate with knowledge of real property laws and best practicesStrong Customer Service and Sales skills with the ability to build client relationshipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in understanding and analyzing market trendsSelf-motivation, organization, and the ability to work independentlyPrior experience in the Northeast Texas area or familiarity with the region is a plusProficiency with real estate-related technology and software is a bonus
