If you are a self-starter, motivated, and ready to take on new challenges, we want you to succeed with us, as a part of a rapidly growing business.Position OverviewWe're looking for a Lead Installation Technician to oversee the installation of car wash equipment at new builds, remodels, and equipment upgrade projects across our growing portfolio.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, leading crews in the field, and solving problems in real time. You'll work closely with construction teams, vendors, and operations partners to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.If you're experienced with mechanical and electrical systems, enjoy traveling to projects, and like seeing a site come to life, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role.What You'll DoLead on-site installation of car wash equipment for new construction, remodels, and upgradesSupervise installation crews, contractors, and vendors on active job sitesInterpret blueprints, schematics, and technical plans to guide installationsPerform and oversee mechanical and electrical installation workEnsure safety standards and regulatory requirements are followed on all projectsCoordinate with Construction, Operations, and vendors to keep projects on scheduleConduct equipment testing, commissioning, and startup supportTroubleshoot installation issues and resolve technical challenges in real timeMaintain installation documentation and project recordsSupport training and mentoring of junior techniciansExperience3–5 years of experience in equipment installation, construction, or industrial mechanical workStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsAbility to lead crews and coordinate multiple workstreams on job sitesWelding, rigging, and material handling experience preferredStrong problem-solving ability and attention to safetyPreferred CertificationsOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (Construction)NFPA 70E Electrical SafetyForklift or Aerial Lift (MEWP) certificationLockout/Tagout (LOTO)Work Environment & Travel This is a field-based role primarily working on active construction sites and operational facilities and requires:Frequent travel to project sites across the countryProject assignments lasting 3–4 weeks at a time, followed by time at home between projectsWork performed outdoors and around construction equipment, water systems, and mechanical infrastructurePhysical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneelingLifting and moving equipment up to 50+ poundsWorking at heights, climbing ladders, and operating hand and power toolsBenefitsComprehensive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental & Vision)Paid Time Off in addition to Company Paid Holidays401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchCompany-Paid Life InsuranceFree Weekly Car WashesOur employees are our most valuable asset.
