Site Controller (Manufacturing | ASC 606 / Cost Accounting)Rockingham County, NHOverviewWe’re hiring a Site Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for a manufacturing site, with a strong focus on cost accounting and ASC 606 (POC / over-time revenue recognition).This role partners closely with operations and program leadership to drive cost visibility, margin performance, and contract profitability in a regulated environment.What You’ll DoLead month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledgerOwn cost accounting:Standard costing, inventory (WIP/FG), and variance analysisLabor & overhead absorptionProduct and contract margin analysisManage ASC 606 revenue recognition:Percentage-of-completion (POC) / over-time recognitionCost-to-complete and project profitabilityPartner with operations to analyze costs and improve marginsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisEnsure audit readiness and strong internal controlsWork within ERP systems (Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, or similar)What We’re Looking For8+ years of accounting experience, including Controller or plant-level leadershipStrong manufacturing cost accounting (inventory, variances, absorption)Hands-on ASC 606 experience (POC / project-based revenue)Experience with job/project costing and contract profitabilityGov’t contracting (FAR/CAS/DCAA) is a plusWhy This RoleHigh visibility with site and operations leadershipStrong mix of accounting + operational financeOpportunity to impact cost structure and profitability
