IT Software Developer Analyst - Level 2 (SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Lead) Location: Juno Beach, FL (100% onsite) Duration: 12-month contract Pay Range: $40-45 per hour OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Lead with strong hands-on configuration expertise and a solid understanding of system integrations. This role will focus on recruiting systems, talent modules, and end-to-end integration support within a complex enterprise environment. Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and manage all aspects of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, including: Job requisitionsApplication templatesCandidate profilesRoute mapsPermissionsOffer managementSupport and maintain integrations between Recruiting and Employee Central / OnboardingWork with Integration Center, APIs, and data mapping processesManage and support modules including: Performance ManagementGoal ManagementSuccession PlanningTalent Intelligence HubTroubleshoot and support integrations with third-party vendors (e.g., background checks, assessments, job boards)Handle inter-module integrations and data timing scenarios such as: New hiresInternal hiresCross-boardingRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM)Deep expertise in system configuration (beyond functional usage)Strong understanding of: Integration CenterInbound and outbound data flowsRecruiting to Employee Central / Onboarding integration pointsExperience supporting complex hiring scenarios, including: Internal mobilityCross-boardingRehiresStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilitiesExcellent communication skillsExperience working in large, complex enterprise environments ...
