System Engineer (6+ Years of US experiences) Remote - Hampton Roads area, VA Long Term Required Skills: Experience with enterprise network systems as it relates to route and switch Recent experience with enterprise wireless systems as it relates to controllers, multiple SSID’s, VLAN tagging, and flex connect Knowledge and experience of software defined networking Knowledge and experience with configuring and maintaining firewalls Cisco DNA (Digital Network Architecture) experience Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine) experience Knowledge of Hybrid Cloud networking Ability to work in a collaborative high paced environment BS/BA degree in related discipline (i.e., Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar technical degree) CCNA/CCNP-Cisco Certified Network Administrator/Professional (Route/Voice/Security) Software implementation of QoS and MPLS VPN architectures experience Experience with network design & assessments to determine equipment & preventative maintenance; creating test plans; testing and validating functionality, management, and performance; troubleshooting network issues; executing installations and upgrades of network services.
