Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency Follow established recipes and menu plans to ensure accurate meal preparation Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all stages of food handling and preparation Ensure proper food storage, rotation, and inventory management in compliance with safety regulations Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service in a timely manner Uphold cleanliness standards in the kitchen area by cleaning utensils, equipment, and work stations regularly Skills culinary experience with a strong foundation in food preparation and cooking techniques Proven ability to handle knives skillfully and efficiently for various cutting methods Experience working in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments preferred Knowledge of dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus Skilled food presentation Strong understanding of food safety protocols Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and serving staff Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Experience in catering, serving, or food industry roles that demonstrate versatility and adaptability Join us as an Cook where your culinary talents will shine!
