Immediate Hire | Paid Training on CNC Equipment | Weekly Pay Adecco is hiring Entry-Level General Labor / Production Workers for a growing manufacturing facility in Irwin, PA . No advanced machining experience required — we provide training on CNC machines and production equipment . This is a great opportunity to start a career in manufacturing and build hands-on skills with industry equipment. What You'll Do Assist with assembly of doors and production materials Learn to operate table saws and CNC machines (training provided) Inspect products for quality and report any issues Help with basic repairs and material handling Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What You Need Entry-level — no CNC experience required (training provided) Previous general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed Must have steel-toed boots and box cutter Schedule & Pay Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Up to 10 hours of overtime available weekly Starting at $18/hour Bonuses Pay Details: $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
