Plant Engineer/Maintenance Manager

We're looking for a Plant Maintenance/Engineering Manager to lead their maintenance department.The OpportunityLead plant maintenance operations reporting directly to the CEO. You'll manage a talented team of 4, oversee equipment upgrades, ensure compliance, and make a real impact on facility’s performance.Schedule: Mon–Thu 6:30 AM–3:30 PM | Fri 6:30 AM–12:30 PM (First Shift)What You'll DoDirect all plant maintenance activities and lead a team of 4 direct reportsManage subcontracting and source capital equipmentImplement and upgrade our preventive maintenance programEnsure OSHA and safety compliance across the facilityManage maintenance inventory and budgetsMentor team members and maintain quality standardsOversee electrical, electronic, and mechanical systemsWhat We're Looking For - Your background5+ years of maintenance experience in metal stamping/deep drawing manufacturingManagement and supervisory experienceMilling, lathe, and machining competencyStrong communication skillsAssociate or bachelor's degree (electromechanical or related) – life experience consideredJourneyman electrician certification helpfulThis position is at our client's Vermont manufacturing facility.Relocation Assistance
