Accountant II

We recently partnered with a family-owned business celebrating their 35th year in operation, with a clear strategic plan that has driven consistent growth of approximately 20% annually. The company recently expanded into a new, modern manufacturing facility located in southeast Charlotte near Matthews, NC.We are seeking an Accountant to lead and coordinate all financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and accounts receivable and payable functions. This individual will play a key role in ensuring all accounting procedures align with generally accepted accounting principles while also having the opportunity to grow into a Finance Manager or Controller position over time.
