You will be a force multiplier for every engineering team, from firmware bring-up to production release.What You'll DoDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded, firmware, and application softwareDevelop and maintain automated test frameworks (unit, integration, system, and hardware-in-the-loop)Manage build, artifact, and release infrastructure across heterogeneous targetsAdminister version control, code review, and branching workflows (Git / GitLab)Provision and maintain cloud and on-prem infrastructure (AWS) and containerized services (Docker/Kubernetes)Track quality metrics, coverage, and regressions; drive continuous improvementSupport hardware-in-the-loop and factory test automationChampion QA best practices and release readiness across teamsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5+ years in QA automation, DevOps, or software infrastructureStrong scripting in Python and BashHands-on experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions)Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with test automation frameworks and code-coverage toolingVersion control and code-review workflow expertise (Git)Preferred QualificationsEmbedded/firmware test automation and HIL experience Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible)Experience with RTOS/Linux embedded build systemsObservability tooling (logging, metrics, dashboards)Robotics or safety-critical software backgroundBenefits (subject to location and local regulations)Competitive salary and equity Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Flexible vacation and time-off policy Collaborative, fast-paced, and inclusive work environment Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies with a highly cross-functional team The Pay Range For This Role Is150,000 - 250,000 USD per year(Bay Area, CA)
