Behavioral Health Program Medical DirectorLead and oversee the Behavioral Health Programs operations, quality, and staffing.Meet regularly with operations, administrative leaders, and clinicians to address issues, set goals, and improve performance.Manage provider scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.Oversee clinic quality improvement projects, budget input, and compliance with service standards.Participate in strategic planning, marketing, revenue, and cost management initiatives.Serve as the primary medical leader for program physicians, including evaluations and disciplinary actions.Collaborate with billing on compliance, coding, and provider education.Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and review patient care quality.2.
