While we operate at scale, we remain deeply committed to delivering an exceptional resident experience rooted in stability, respect, convenience, and belonging.We are seeking a Property Preservation Specialist (Cleaner) to support the overall cleanliness, presentation, and curb appeal of our communities. This is a hands-on role for individuals who take pride in creating clean, welcoming environments and understand the direct impact appearance has on the resident experience.This position is responsible for cleaning vacant apartment homes after move-outs, maintaining common hallway areas, and preserving the overall appearance of the properties assigned.
