This role acts as the primary point of contact at the site, coordinating staff, resources, and communication between teams and upper management.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is completed efficiently and on scheduleSupervise, train, and support teamEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresCoordinate with leadership and on-site client contacts.Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delaysConduct regular floor walks and on-site auditsMaintain a daily contact with regional manager & facilities teamEnsure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materialsReports to Regional Manager"QualificationsGood communication skills.Basic understanding of operating instructions and processes for machines.Basic understanding of or the ability to learn locations and organizational structure of the company.Basic understanding of postage rates and regulations.Ability to correctly sort and distribute large amounts of mail.Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.Education And ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Physical RequirementsExperience in a related area preferred but not requiredMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.Must be able to traverse office facilities to pick up mail.
