Senior Systems Analyst – UKG Timekeeping & Configuration

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Systems Analyst to join our team as a subject matter expert in UKG Timekeeping and Configuration. In this role, you'll take ownership of complex system implementations, ongoing support, and configuration optimization within a dynamic healthcare environment.You'll work closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions — analyzing existing setups, resolving root-cause issues, and driving changes from requirements through UAT and deployment. This is a highly independent role that rewards self-starters who can manage competing priorities without close supervision.What You'll DoConfigure, test, document, and optimize UKG Timekeeping systems to meet evolving business requirementsPartner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver strategic guidance on UKG best practicesLead end-to-end project tasks including scoping, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communicationLeverage WFM APIs and Boomi integrations to support data automation and system connectivityAnalyze system data and reports to inform operational and strategic decisionsParticipate in rotational payroll support (approximately once every six weeks)What You BringProven expertise in UKG Timekeeping configuration and optimizationBoomi certification with experience in complex WFM integrationsStrong background in healthcare business analysis, including clinical workflows and complianceHands-on experience with WFM APIs, Advanced Scheduling, and ESSExcellent communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
