Warehouse Supervisor

Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, storage, and distribution of supplies. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse team members, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in all warehouse activities, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting timely delivery of materials to internal departments while upholding company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.Starting Salary: $57,784ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory management, and deliveries.Oversee the accurate receiving of goods by verifying shipments against purchase orders and receiving documentation to ensure quality and quantity standards are met.Lead, train, and coach warehouse team members to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant work practices.Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to meet operational and service goals.Ensure warehouse inventory, uniforms, and supplies are properly stored, labeled, and maintained using FIFO and established inventory control procedures.Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including forklifts and company vehicles, and ensure team members are certified and trained.Monitor inventory levels and assist with counts, audits, and reporting discrepancies to management.Ensure timely delivery of supplies to designated locations while supporting internal guest satisfaction.BRING YOUR TALENTS TO THE EMPIREIMAGINE THE POSSIBILITIESMaintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.Enforce compliance with all company policies, Health Department regulations, safety procedures, and Colorado Division of Gaming requirements.Collaborate effectively with other departments to support business needs and resolve operational issues.Ensure the safety and security of team members, guests, and company assetsPerform additional duties as assigned and support operational needs during high-volume or special events.QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL NEED:High school diploma or GED equivalent required.Previous warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.Prior Supervisory Or Lead Experience Preferred.Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.Ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications, including forklift certification and any required company training.Ability to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license, as required.Knowledge of inventory control practices, safety standards, and warehouse operations.Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions, reports, and inventory documentation.Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to communicate effectively with team members and internal guests.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and varying shifts as required.Additional RequirementsAbility to work in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds safely.Ability to bend, reach, and handle materials and equipment safely.Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, delivery carts, and company vehicles.Exposure to moderate noise levels and a smoking environment.Compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
