Mid-Market Account Manager
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager to drive new software bookings from within its existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary sales contact for a portfolio of Mid-Market customers, building relationships and understanding their needs
Identify and close opportunities for upselling products and solutions within existing accounts to exceed expansion quotas
Conduct strategic meetings to surface growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing ROI
Required Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B sales experience in SaaS, with at least 1 year focused on Account Management
Experience handling complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive environments
Skilled in self-sourcing leads and utilizing sales tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred, though not required
