Job Description: Design, develop, and manage GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines using tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCDBuild and operate scalable, secure, and highly available Kubernetes-based platforms and applicationsCollaborate closely with software engineering teams to optimize application deployments, scalability, reliability, and performanceImplement and maintain observability solutions including monitoring, logging, and tracing using tools such as Prometheus and GrafanaAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using IaC tools including Terraform, CrossPlane, and AWS ACKDevelop automation and operational tooling using Python and Bash scriptingManage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure including EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53, and ECREnsure platform security, compliance, and operational best practices across cloud-native environmentsSupport deployment management and release automation using Helm and Kubernetes-native toolingContribute to continuous improvement of DevOps engineering standards, automation practices, and platform reliabilityRequirements: Solid DevOps engineering experience with a focus on product/platform engineeringHands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows using tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCDDeep expertise with Kubernetes, including troubleshooting, scaling, and managing containerized applications in production environmentsStrong scripting and automation skills using Python and BashSolid experience with AWS cloud services including EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53, and ECRExperience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and GrafanaHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including Terraform, CrossPlane, and AWS ACKExperience managing deployments and packaging applications using HelmStrong understanding of cloud security, reliability, and DevOps best practicesBenefits: Highly competitive compensationHealth insuranceFlexible work arrangementsProfessional developmentEmployee resource groupsSocial events
