Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent (P&C Licensed) – Telemarketing Experience Required
Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent with proven telemarketing and sales experience to join our established insurance agency. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, solution-oriented, and motivated to close sales while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls
Quote, sell, and service Property & Casualty insurance policies
Follow up with leads, renewals, and existing clients
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Resolve client questions and issues efficiently
Accurately document all activity in the agency management system
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals
Requirements
Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) License – REQUIRED
Life & Health (L&H) License – PREFERRED
Fluent in English and Spanish – REQUIRED
Telemarketing / outbound calling experience
Strong sales, communication, and problem-solving skills
Computer proficiency (CRM, email, quoting systems, phone software)
Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
Insurance agency or call center experience
Ability to handle objections and close sales
Experience working with sales goals and performance metrics
