Speech Language Pathologist - Home CarePer Diem | Flexible Scheduling Options | 1:1 CareThe Speech Language Pathologist contributes to our Mission of Caring by providing compassionate patient care to our clients in their homes throughout Rhode Island. The SLP for Saint Elizabeth Home Care performs visits ranging from admissions to visits to discharges. The home care SLP is responsible for developing and administering care plans for patients and for providing education to patients and families. Our SLPs are part of a cohesive and collaborative interdisciplinary team with ample administrative support and are equipped with point of care devices (iPad), as well as all necessary and requested equipment and supplies.Qualifications For a Speech Language PathologistCurrent unencumbered SLP license in Rhode IslandMinimum of one year speech therapy experience, home care experience preferred. Reliable transportation, current clean driver's license, automobile insurance.
