Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operator, located in Arlington, TX. The Operator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment, monitoring equipment functionality, performing machine setups, and troubleshooting issues. Additional responsibilities include maintaining high-quality standards, following safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications Experience operating and maintaining manufacturing or production equipmentTechnical skills in mechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenanceAbility to meet quality control standards and ensure product specificationsBasic understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environmentAttention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate documentationStrong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a teamPrior experience in print or manufacturing industries is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required
