DevOps Engineer- Senior with Security Clearance

Title DevOps Engineer- Senior Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description RiVidium Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to bridge the gap between development and operations teams. This role is focused on fostering a collaborative, automation-driven environment that emphasizes continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and infrastructure as code (IaC). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, infrastructure management, and modern automation techniques. You will work closely with developers, testers, and operations personnel to enhance system performance, streamline deployment processes, and ensure high availability and reliability of applications. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across on-premises and cloud environmentsCollaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency and reliabilityDevelop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) solutionsAutomate workflows to reduce manual intervention and improve system scalabilityMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environmentsEnsure high availability, security, and compliance of deployed systemsOptimize software delivery processes and improve overall operational maturityLead DevOps best practices and mentor junior team members where applicableMinimum QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps LeadMinimum 5 years of experience in a DoD DevOps environmentStrong proficiency with Helm, Terraform, or equivalent scripting/automation toolsDemonstrated experience with Git and modern version control workflowsHands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines in both on-premise and cloud environmentsSolid understanding of Linux systems, cloud platforms, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practicesActive TS/SCI clearance required at contract startPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting the Department of War (DoW) or Department of the Navy (DoN)Familiarity with federal law enforcement (LE) systems or prior experience working in LE environmentsStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesWork EnvironmentCollaborative, mission-driven environment supporting federal and defense initiativesOpportunities to work with cutting-edge DevOps tools and cloud technologies About the Organization Established in 2008, RiVidium, Inc.
