Our singular focus is Patient Care Second to None!Job Summary:Insight is searching for a knowledgeable and compassionate Chiropractor to assist patients with injuries and impairments regarding the neuromusculoskeletal system, including the muscles, nerves, and bones, especially those of the back and neck. The chiropractor will speak to patients to discuss injuries and health concerns, assess their physical condition and lifestyle, order tests, administer treatment, and provide advice about extended care and pain management. This person should be thorough, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of musculoskeletal and nerve injuries and how to treat them.Benefits for our Full Time Team Members:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coveragePaid time off, including vacation, holidays, and sick leave401K with Matching; offerings vested fully @ 3 months of employment paired with eligibility to contributeShort & Long Disability, and Life Term insurance, complementary of Full Time EmploymentAdditional Supplementary coverages offered @ employee's elections: Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, AD&D, etc.Duties:Interview and examine patients to determine a diagnosis.Performing physical exams and patient observations.Consulting with healthcare professionals and families.Order tests to ascertain the nature and extent of illnesses and injuries.Administer and analyze diagnostic tests.Monitoring and operating medical equipment.Working with patients to learn about injuries or identify health concerns and create a plan for treatment or management.Administering holistic treatments, such as spinal manipulation, adjustments, massage, and hot and cold compresses.Referring patients to other doctors or specialists, as needed.Providing patients with tips to improve their lifestyle, including nutrition, exercise plans, and stretches.Recording patients' medical histories and symptoms.Maintain patient records and provide documentation for insurance companies.Creating patient care plans and contributing to existing ones.Detecting changes in patients' health and modifying treatment plans, as needed.Training patients and their families to manage and prevent illness and injury.Qualifications:Demonstrates eligibility to work for any employer in the U.S.Doctorate of chiropractic degree requiredComprehensive knowledge of neuromusculoskeletal injuries, conditions, and treatments.Understanding of stretches, exercises, therapies, and dietary changes that may help patients manage their overall health.Ability to analyze patient conditions based on observations and medical tests.Proficiency with medical instruments and equipment required to perform your work.Knowledge of computer-based data management programs and information systems, as well as medical records and point-of-interview technology.A sound understanding of all pertinent federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of disease prevention.Able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment while maintaining positive energy.Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for professional advancement.Able to work compassionately with patients and coworkers to exhibit patient care second to noneDemonstrates enthusiasm and drive.Able to thrive in a fast paced environment.Exudes respect and flexibility to impact the workplace in a positive manner.Detailed oriented, conscientious and committed to precision in work results.Ability to perform to a high level of accuracyPrevious experience within field or related work environment is preferred
