Travel Surgical Technologist - Shakopee, MN

Job Description Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. This growing city provides a welcoming environment coupled with proximity to larger metro areas, making it an excellent place to live and work.Role Overview:Work in a dynamic surgical environment performing a variety of procedures, with an emphasis on orthopedic cases including total joint support and trauma. Youll collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe patient care.Schedule / Hours:10-hour shifts, day or eveningVariable start times: 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, or 3:00 PMKey Responsibilities:Assist in orthopedic surgeries (totals and trauma) and other specialties such as neuro and cardiovascularPrepare and maintain operating room instruments and supplies using EPIC and DaVinci systemsSupport the surgical team to maintain sterile environments and patient safetyFloat within the OR as needed and be available for weekend and holiday shifts on occasionQualifications and Experience:Minimum 2+ years recent OR experienceActive NBSTSA or NCCT certification at the time of submissionProficient in EPIC, DaVinci, and general OR skill setsExperience preferred in ortho trauma, total joint support, neuro, peripheral vascular, and cardiovascularNo acceptance of new graduatesBenefits & Perks:Travel assignment offering professional growth and new experiencesExposure to a wide range of surgical procedures and technologiesFlexible scheduling within shift optionsThis travel assignment requires compliance with a return-to-office policy of no more than 7 days.
