HardHat is hiring *Pipefitters* for a major Data Center project in Abernathy, TX. Overtime and Production incentive pay is offered. *Location:* Abernathy, TX *Start Date:* August 24, 2026 *Production Incentive Pay* *Pay:* $32 for non NCCER and $34 for NCCER fitters *Per Diem:* $125/day -7 days We are looking for *100–300 skilled Pipefitters* to support the installation of structural steel supports and prefabricated stainless-steel pipe spools for chilled water piping systems. Job Details * *Schedule:* 7 days a week * *Hours:* 12-hour shifts * *Overtime:* 80+ hour workweeks available * *Per Diem:* $125/day, guaranteed 7 days per week Responsibilities * Install structural steel supports * Install prefabricated stainless-steel pipe spools * Work with chilled water piping systems * Read and interpret drawings and layouts * Safely perform work in an active data center construction environment * Follow all site safety and quality requirements Requirements * Proven Pipefitter and/or Welder experience * Experience with stainless-steel piping preferred * Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week * Ability to work 80+ hours per week * Must have reliable transportation to the jobsite * Must be able to pass all required jobsite requirements *This is a high-hour opportunity with strong earning potential, competitive pay, and guaranteed per diem.* *Apply today to be considered for this project!* HardHat Workforce Solutions offers weekly pay (Direct deposit or Pay Card), Referral bonuses & Health Insurance!
