The shift hours are rotational, as CT runs 24/7. Technologists will mostly be rotated between 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM with some flexibility. Overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM would be very rare, occurring only for emergencies or call-offs. Weekends are required every other or every third week, with shifts usually being either 8 or 12 hours, primarily during the daytime. Dress code includes burgundy scrubs.
