Bring your passion for auto finance, your drive to succeed, and your commitment to delivering exceptional results.***Residence within or near the assigned geographic territory is required.***Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting and Business Development: Identify and engage potential dealership partners to expand our network and increase market share in the automotive finance sectorDealer Support and Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional support to existing dealer partners, ensuring their satisfaction and driving their successMarket Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends and opportunities in automotive finance, and adjust strategies accordinglyBrand Promotion: Elevate brand visibility and awareness through strategic outreach and effective communicationRequirementsMinimum of 2 years experience in account management, sales, or business development — ideally within automotive lending, finance, or a related fieldA consistent record of professional growth, including at least 2 years in your most recent roleHands-on experience in auto finance or dealership account management; special finance experience is highly valuedWillingness and ability to maintain a six-day work week with daily in-person visits to dealership partners throughout the territoryStrong communicator and negotiator with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver resultsAnalytical mindset with the ability to spot market opportunities and pivot strategies for successProactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentFamiliarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpotCollaborative, adaptable, and equally confident working independentlyMust hold a valid driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, and carry full coverage insuranceCustomer-focused, organized, and committed to excellence in every interactionMust reside within or near the assigned geographic territoryBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferredBilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plusWhy Join Us?At Lendbuzz, we value innovation and diversity and are committed to driving success in the automotive industry.
