Sales Development Representative
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth through strategic outbound and inbound prospecting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and is passionate about starting meaningful conversations with potential clients.You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting high-quality meetings for the sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreachQualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and business needsConduct discovery conversations to understand client challenges and identify fitSchedule and coordinate meetings or demos for Account ExecutivesMaintain accurate records of activities, leads, and pipeline in the CRMFollow up consistently with prospects to nurture opportunitiesCollaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve lead generation strategiesMeet and exceed KPIs such as calls, emails, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.Requirements1–3+ years of experience in Sales Development, BDR, or inside sales (preferably in SaaS or tech)Strong experience with cold outreach (calls + email)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle objections and build rapport quicklyExperience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or SalesforceFamiliarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similarHighly organized with strong follow-up disciplineSelf-starter with a results-driven mindset
