Program Manager

I'm partnered with a well-established aerospace manufacturer supporting military and commercial aircraft. They're looking to bring on a Program Manager who enjoys owning programs end-to-end and working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and customers.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, high-visibility environment where technical understanding, customer interaction, and execution discipline all matter.What You'll Be Responsible For:Owning program execution from kickoff through delivery, ensuring schedule, cost, and technical commitments are metCoordinating closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teamsActing as the primary customer-facing point of contact for assigned programsManaging program schedules, budgets, risks, and change controlTracking engineering tasks and work orders to ensure timely release to productionSupporting proposal development, cost estimates, and program planning for new opportunitiesDriving continuous improvement across program execution and internal processesWhat They're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, or similar)3+ years of experience in technical program or project management within manufacturingStrong ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authorityComfortable working with engineers, customers, and leadershipSolid understanding of cost, schedule, and risk management in an engineering environmentAerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing experience is a strong plus
