This role is pivotal in ensuring superior voice service quality and network performance through VoNR optimization and troubleshooting.Detailed Job Description As a Nokia VoNR Expert, you will work remotely with engineering and operations teams to optimize VoNR performance across Nokia AirScale networks. You will monitor KPIs, analyze call flows, and resolve complex issues impacting voice services. This position offers exposure to next-generation 5G technologies and requires strong technical expertise in VoNR, IMS interactions, and EPS fallback. You will collaborate with leading operators such as Dish Wireless, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, providing actionable insights and driving improvements in network performance. Key ResponsibilitiesOptimize VoNR performance across Nokia 5G SA networks and troubleshoot related issues.Monitor VoNR KPIs including CSSR, call drops, voice quality, latency, and bearer setup failures.Analyze VoNR call flows, IMS interactions, and EPS fallback scenarios.Utilize Nokia OSS tools like NetAct for performance monitoring and health checks.Perform log and trace analysis using Wireshark, Actix, Nemo, or similar tools.Prepare detailed performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.Collaborate with field teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to support VoNR tasks for major U.S. operators.Required Qualifications & SkillsMust be based in the USA or Canada and eligible for remote work.4–6 years of experience in Nokia 5G SA network operations with VoNR expertise.Strong understanding of VoNR call flows, IMS interactions, and EPS fallback.Familiarity with VoNR KPIs and performance monitoring tools.Proven ability to analyze logs and traces and provide actionable recommendations.Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or equivalent.Nokia OEM certification or relevant 5G VoNR experience preferred.
