Reporting to the EVP Finance – Corporate, the Director of Finance will serve as a strategic partner to North America leadership, helping drive performance, scalability, and disciplined execution across a portfolio of iconic brands.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Finance Leadership-Serve as a primary finance partner to North America leadership.-Translate company objectives into actionable financial plans.-Provide financial guidance on investments, initiatives, and business priorities.FP&A / Performance Management-Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for North America.-Develop and monitor KPIs to improve accountability and performance.-Deliver timely, accurate reporting and actionable insights.Operational Finance-Oversee day-to-day finance operations, controls, and compliance.-Partner with manufacturing, distribution, and commercial leaders to improve margins and efficiency.-Optimize working capital and identify cost savings opportunities.Build & Scale the Function-Strengthen processes, systems, and reporting structures.-Standardize finance operations across North America.-Lead, mentor, and develop finance talent.Systems & Infrastructure-Evaluate and improve financial systems and reporting tools.-Enhance governance, controls, and data integrity.-Support ongoing transformation and integration efforts.Qualifications-15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.-Background in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site operations.-Experience partnering with executive leadership teams.-Strong budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance expertise.-Deep knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.Education-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.-CPA required.-Advanced degree preferred.Ideal Leadership ProfileWe are seeking a practical, solutions-oriented leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
