Job DetailsDescriptionEssential Job Duties: Facilitate day-to-day key injections and payment processing related activities.Responsible for maintaining daily production requirements.Responsible for communicating internally as necessary to process orders and resolve any order related issues.Responsible for keeping work area clean and tour ready.Responsible for performing special projects and other miscellaneous duties as requested by management.Reporting RelationshipsReceives supervision from CCC management.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredTechnical associate’s degree or certification a plus but not required.Requires good working knowledge of Windows Operating SystemsMust possess written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, ability to communicate with internal individuals, ability to work in a team environment and be open to changeMust be detail oriented and accurate.Must have the ability to understand basic English.Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift at least 20 poundsJob also requires some overtime hours, including some SaturdaysRequires working on a personal computerAn essential function for this position, based on business necessity, is that the employee must be physically in attendance at his/her workstation at the designated company office location during the normal business hours designated for the positionSafety RequirementsDemonstrates awareness and commitment to safe work practicesFollows safety policies and procedures in performing dutiesDemonstrates responsibility for personal safety and that of othersIf required to operate equipment, does so in a safe manner and according with policies and proceduresPromptly reports any defective equipment and unsafe working conditionsRecognizes and addresses unsafe working conditions or practicesApplies safe working practices in daily job dutiesScanSource, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer EOE/M/F
