Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at Plus Motors LLC, located in Orlando, FL. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, showcase vehicles, and assist in selecting the best options for their preferences and budget. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing sales contracts, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure a positive purchasing experience. Collaboration with the team to meet business goals is also a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Service and Sales, including the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutionsStrong Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients and build trustProblem-Solving and Negotiation skills to address customer inquiries and close sales effectivelyOrganizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple customers and sales processes efficientlyKnowledge of the automotive industry is preferred but not requiredProficiency in basic computer applications and sales software is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales, marketing, or automotive fields are a plus
