Job Title: Estimator - Level III Department: PreconstructionSupervisor: Preconstruction ManagerStatus: Salary, ExemptWhat You'll Be Doing:Senior level position that prepares and/or coordinates full estimates on large and complex work. Provides conceptual and final estimating input on complex work throughout the preconstruction phase of CM/GC, DB and DBB projects (Construction Manager, General Contractor; Design Build; Design-Bid-Build). May supervise junior staff members.
