We take pride in promoting a socially responsible and sustainable future through initiatives and investment.SUMMARY OF THE JOB:Liberty Bank is seeking a Marketing Cloud Administrator to be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, user support, and campaign operations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will ensure that our marketing team has the tools, data, and platform performance they need to execute effective campaigns while staying compliant and aligned with the best practices.We're looking for a senior resource with deep Banking and Marketing Cloud expertise with strong communication skills. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to the Marketing Team to articulate and champion design thinking, shaping Liberty's customer journey.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Administer and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform, including user roles, permissions, BU governance, and security settingsSet up and manage email sends, journeys, automations, data extensions, and segmentationSupport campaign execution by ensuring proper audience configuration, data readiness, and testingPerform ongoing data hygiene, synchronization, and contact compliance tasks (CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR)Monitor platform performance, error logs, and sends to ensure consistent delivery and trackingPartner with CRM and Data teams to support integrations with Salesforce FSC, Azure DW, and COCCDocument platform configuration, campaign processes, and internal standardsProvide hands-on support and training to marketing team membersParticipate in UAT for new campaigns, journeys, and integrationsAssist with building and maintaining preference centers, suppression logic, and subscription modelsEnsure adherence to Liberty Bank's security, compliance and change management standards.Demonstrate integrity and authenticity in your everyday interactionsMinimum knowledge/skills:Qualifications & Experience2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud administrationStrong working knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation StudioFamiliarity with AMPscript, SQL, or data extensionsExperience with campaign QA, test sends, and audience targetingUnderstanding of marketing compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)Strong communications skillsExperience in agile development and project methodology strongly preferredEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science or years of commensurate experience is requiredExperience in the banking industry is strongly preferred, financial services industry or a highly regulated environment is secondary.Certifications and LicensesSalesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification (or in progress)Other RequirementsFamiliarity with regulatory compliance in financial services, including privacy and data security policies.Ability to travel is needed to coordinate with external partners and attend industry events or training.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:General Office EquipmentKeyboard DexterityProlonged SittingCOMPLIANCE:Acts affirmatively in all activities under his/her control in conformance with the Bank's Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Fair Lending Programs to achieve the Bank's goals and objectives.
