Read here and then apply for this exciting opportunity!What would you do working in this role?This role has responsibilities working on vehicle and trailers:Troubleshoot mechanical problemsBasic vehicle repairMajor repairs will be sent off site for service workTrailers - A plusDOT trailer inspectionsBrake jobsElectrical trouble shootingVehicle oil changes/Brakes a plusTrack milage in TATEMSCoordinate vehicle services and verify completionTooling repairKnowledge of scan toolsYou would also complete work around the Rohde grounds:Septic screen cleaning spring and fallSnow plowing / clean upJanitorial workService generator and compressor Service ForkliftsAnd, finally, there would be some driving, as you would be going to jobsites with deliveries as needed.Qualifications/SkillsWI Driver’s License Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills. - RequiredWorks well independently and with others. - RequiredGood communication skills. - RequiredOrganized with attention to detail. - RequiredAbility to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment. - RequiredSkilled in diagnosis and repair of electrical systems on trucks and equipment - RequiredSkilled in DOT inspections – PreferredEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent – RequiredPrevious mechanical experience preferredSome vocational or college with related coursework or equivalent experience - RequiredIt is Rohde Brother’s policy to recruit, hire, and promote qualified applicants without regard to race, creed, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, national origin, disability or status as a protected veteran.
