Growing together.The Pharmacy Stars Team provides a variety of services including United HealthCare at Home (UAH) strategic Medication Adherence outreach initiatives, Care of Older Adults (COA) medication reviews, SUPD, SPC, MTM and various health assessments. The team also supports CCM providers via a clinical consultation service. All services are provided by a team of Clinical Pharmacists, with the support of Pharmacy Technicians, that engage with plan members and their healthcare providers in a telephonic environment.The Clinical Team Manager (CTM) will report to the Associate Director of Stars within the Optum Enterprise Care Services department. The CTM directly supervise a team of 10-20 clinical pharmacists as they perform clinical consults with members of the UAH program. They will be responsible for working with our Operations team on the daily workflow asuring we are staying on target for our yearly Stars goals for all metrics, ultimately helping our plans try to achieve 4 and 5 stars. They will be engaging and coaching their team members to meet or exceed established productivity and quality metrics. The CTM will work with their direct reports in utilizing the UHG Common language of Leadership (CLL) tool to select and achieve development goals and assist with developing future talent. They will be integral in identifying, hiring, and onboarding new talent for our team as we expand our model of care. Additionally, the CTM will be an integral part of our UAH team and work with varying disciplines in innovating new programs and initiatives to continue towards plan excellence. They will stay engaged throughout the process, helping the department reach the yearly goals together as a team.Schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 9am - 5:30pm local time. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment.
