Location: 100 Park Avenue Florham Park, NJPay Rate: $30.00Must have SAP knowledge sales and distribution or materials managementEnd to End Supply Chain/Customer Care Support RepresentativeFlorham ParkPoint of contact for communications and escalations as it relates to the daily fulfillment and execution of activities supporting our customer portfolios throughout the order fulfillment life-cycle.Ensure on-time and complete delivery of goods by developing and maintaining proper inventory levels.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide SAP Purchase Order and Customer Order processingProactively communicate with Customers on order status and manage the order to cash processCommunicate with manufacturers on production/quality lab status to support customer requirementsCommunicate across the organization, collaborating with key business partners and support the execution of the Sales & Operations Planning between Supply Chain, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and FinanceUtilizing your experience in ERP systems (i.e., SAP & APO DP), coordinate with Master Production Schedulers to optimize regional production requirementsPlan order requirements for raw materials and packaging components for contract manufacturing formulation and packaging sitesCreate and transmit purchase orders against established purchase agreements for raw material and packaging componentsCreate stock transfer orders to move raw materials and packaging components between warehouse locations and/or toll sites to support production, and create delivery notes for stock transfersPost receipts of raw materials and packaging for toll manufacturers without SAP connectionsCreate, maintain, and monitor reports to track open orders, supplier confirmations, and delivery dates to ensure communication of order and delivery statusConfirm required logistics activities are being organized for all related shipmentsEscalate and Expedite as necessaryEnter Customer ComplaintsConfirm availability of required labels at production point.Reconcile month end physical inventories against SAP entries, verify invoices for approval, and assist in controlling raw material/packaging material deliveries and finished raw production at third party formulation and packagingIf interested ; kindly share your resume with answers on below questions.Q1-How many years of exp do you have in SAP MM or SAP S&DQ2-What kind of work / Entry you have done in SAP - kindly elaborateQ3-How far you live from 100 Park Avenue, Florham Park, and how will you commute dailyQ4-For submission, client needs MM / DD of Birth and Last 3 of SSN - kindly share
