Benefits available after 90 days of employment! RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the quality of parts produced, with a goal of ZERO Defects. Responsible for inspecting and measuring all technical and aesthetic requirements per the control plan. Responsible for recording all inspection data in the SPC database as required by the control plan. Perform receiving inspections on all audit pass-through items. Perform audits of the job books and report any findings to the responsible Quality Engineer. Ensure that all safety standards, standard operating procedures, and/or work instructions are followed. Reviews products placed on hold to verify if products meet internal and customer standards. Responsible for providing team member breaks and ensuring products meet quality standards at the press. Assists with resolving internal and external quality problems and implementing corrective actions. Place non-conforming products on hold following NCR procedures. Provide team members with quality-related training as needed. Supports RPS strategic plan by meeting monthly KPIs pertaining to Safety and Quality, as established by management. Assumes a shared and supporting responsibility with other peers and associates for meeting primary goals and objectives. This includes taking instruction from other managers. Requirements: High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency. High-level of visual awareness. Ability to analyze and interpret technical information. Strong attention to detail.
