Restaurant Manager
*Job Summary* As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, high-quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. *Responsibilities* - Manage all areas of the restaurant including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative tasks - Train, supervise, and schedule staff to deliver exceptional service - Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation to maintain quality standards - Collaborate with the chef to develop menu items and specials - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Implement and uphold sanitation and safety procedures - Oversee restaurant financials and work towards achieving revenue targets *Requirements* - Previous experience in restaurant management or a related role - Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food service management, and hospitality industry standards - Proficiency in training development, interviewing, kitchen management, shift management, and food management - Familiarity with fine dining operations and customer service best practices - Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a diverse team Join our team as a Restaurant Manager to lead a dynamic crew in delivering exceptional dining experiences!
