You'll provide person-centered care, encourage independence, and ensure safety and dignity in every interaction.DutiesDeliver hands-on support with daily living activities, personal care, and mobilityFoster independence and community involvement for individuals with disabilitiesImplement and adapt individualized care plans and behavioral strategies (BSP)Ensure a safe, respectful environment that protects individual rights and well-beingSupport individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other diverse needsMaintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standardsProvide transportation and accompany individuals to medical, therapy, and community appointmentsSkillsStrong knowledge of behavioral support plans (BSPs) and home care practicesAbility to assist individuals with mobility and personal care needsProficient in goal tracking and implementing individualized support strategiesSolid understanding of individual rights, person-centered advocacy, and HIPAA complianceCompassionate, reliable, and adaptable with excellent interpersonal skillsRequirements:Valid driver's license and access to your own reliable transportation.Prior experience as a DSPClient prefers male staffMust have own vehicle that is either all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive.Must be able to drive up a mountain in the winter.Job Type: Part-timeBenefitsFlexible scheduleWork Location: In person
