Full Stack Engineer

Full Stack Engineer Remote Position Overview We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with deep experience building enterprise healthcare payer applications. This role will support the CEMS platform, developing scalable cloud-ready applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, MongoDB, and FICO Blaze Advisor. The ideal candidate has experience implementing business rules, designing distributed applications, and supporting healthcare payer workflows including claims adjudication, benefits administration, member eligibility, and provider operations. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable full-stack applications supporting healthcare payer operations. Build enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Develop RESTful APIs supporting claims, eligibility, enrollment, provider, and member services. Design and maintain business rules using FICO Blaze Advisor for claims adjudication, benefit validation, and healthcare decision automation. Develop applications utilizing MongoDB for high-performance document-based data storage. Integrate applications with enterprise healthcare platforms and third-party systems. Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and healthcare SMEs. Participate in technical design sessions, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and production support. Ensure applications meet security, scalability, performance, and compliance requirements. Support CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of software development experience. 3+ years supporting Healthcare Payer, Managed Care, or Health Insurance organizations. Strong experience with: Java Spring Boot Microservices REST APIs FICO Blaze Advisor MongoDB Git CI/CD Experience designing scalable distributed applications. Strong Agile experience. Excellent communication skills.
