Deliver exceptional guest service, drive sales/upsell, and build customer loyalty. Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and develop team members in a high-energy environment. Manage P&L: control labor/inventory costs, optimize expenses, and achieve profitability targets. Ensure full compliance with safety, food handling, company policies, and regulations. Maintain high facility standards and implement operational improvements.
