Partner with CTA while maintaining your independence, working on high-impact projects that make a difference.Position OverviewCTA is seeking an experienced OCM Administrator to support enterprise IT change management initiatives on a high-visibility government technology engagement. The selected candidate will drive change engagement, readiness, and adoption strategies spanning people, processes, and technology across IT project types including enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives, software development projects, and digital transformation efforts.This is a fully on-site role in Tallahassee, FL. Assignment term: ASAP – June 30, 2026, with possible renewal.Scope of WorkServe as OCM workstream lead across IT projects; liaise with other workstream counterparts to ensure integration.Coordinate OCM tasks and activities, monitor daily execution, and perform quality reviews of work products.Review OCM deliverables and confirm alignment with preceding, dependent, and succeeding deliverables across workstreams.Develop and maintain OCM artifacts: change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, resistance management plans, and post-implementation sustainment plans.Collaborate with IT project managers, architects, and technical teams to assess organizational impact of system changes.Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans aligned to project milestones and go-live dates.Facilitate OCM workstream meetings, workshops, and implementation activities.Track key project milestones and provide status reports; escalate issues appropriately.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.3–5 years of business/industry experience; 1–3 years of project/program leadership or change management experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Demonstrated knowledge of Change Management practices and PMBOK principles.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting OCM on IT-specific initiatives (cloud migrations, ERP/enterprise implementations, cybersecurity or infrastructure projects).Familiarity with adult learning and instructional design principles.Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and executive-level presentations.Change management certification (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP) is a plus.Job-Specific Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of PMBOK principles, assessment processes, and change management frameworks.Skill in strategic planning, program development, and stakeholder engagement.Ability to manage complex, multi-project work assignments, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to compile and communicate data-driven findings.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Location / Work TermsLocation: Tallahassee, FL — on-site required.
