The Key Accounts group currently manages over 300 customers representing approximately 6000 accounts and $1.12 billion in annual revenue.The Business Analyst position is part of the (Associate Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Sr. Business Analyst, Principal Business Analyst) job family and experience will be the determining factor.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform analysis on large amounts of complex data to provide the business with fact-based insightsOffer internal process and user/customer perspective of simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness into design and analysisSupport departmental reporting, metrics, budgets, dashboards, and analytics Make recommendations and present alternatives to address business needs or resolve impedimentsSystem configuration and administrationDevelop functional, process, and system documentationMonitor system and process performance and escalate issues as appropriateGather, define and document complex business requirements and processesDevelop test plan / test casesMinimum QualificationsBachelors Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems/Technology or related discipline. Strong analysis, decision making and problem solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with othersExcellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraintsExperience working with project management methodology preferredProficient in standard office software (MS Excel, Visio, Word) Preferred QualificationsExperience in supporting large commercial and industrial clients preferably in the utility industry. End Date: 06/05/2026Pay Range Minimum: $68,436.68Pay Range Maximum: $156,125.32The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
