You will find Nordson employees sharing our success by giving back in the communities around the world where we live and work.Essential Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesLead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long‑range financial plans across multiple manufacturing sitesAnalyze budget vs. actual results and deliver actionable insights to plant and corporate leadershipBuild and maintain financial models for capacity, capital investments, and margin improvementSupport strategic initiatives, plant footprint decisions, and operational improvement programsOversee standard cost setting and variance analysis for materials, labor, and overheadEnsure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and management of obsolete inventoryPartner with operations to improve cost transparency and manufacturing efficiencyManage accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closes with compliant financial reportingMaintain strong internal controls and support internal and external auditsAct as a finance business partner to operations and lead, develop, and align finance teams across locationsEducation And Experience RequirementsRequires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 8 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Must be proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and have solid knowledge of US GAAP.Experience with ERP system required, SAP preferred.
