FCM Operator
Job DescriptionWe’re looking for dedicated, hands-on individuals to join our growing production team as Operators at our Hatfield, PA facility. You’ll be surrounded by exceptional teammates, supported by a culture built on respect and collaboration, and have the opportunity to grow in a global organization that continues to expand.What You’ll DoPrepare equipment by verifying cleanliness, performing lockout tagout, and loading premix materials into the FCMOperate the FCM, extruder, pelletizer, dryer, and sifter while adjusting parameters to maintain flow, pressure, and pellet sizeMonitor material flow, reprocess materials as needed, and pull samples per Quality Control requirementsPackage finished pellets, apply correct labels, and complete production documentationPerform cleaning, flushing, teardown, and reassembly of equipment and feed systemsFollow all safety procedures including PPE use, forklift safety, and housekeeping standardsWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for reliable, safety-focused individuals who can work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.You’ll Be Successful If You HaveStrong attention to detail when following batch cards and quality requirementsA safety-first mindset with strict adherence to PPE and lockout tagout proceduresAbility to work independently with minimal daily supervisionBasic computer and math skillsStrong communication skills and teamwork mentalityWillingness to learn manufacturing equipment and processesNo degree or prior manufacturing experience is required.
