Hit targets consistently to unlock advancement opportunities.Master Our Proven Sales Approach: We'll train you in our effective methods to win more deals and turn client ideas into completed projects with high satisfaction.What You'll Do:Identify sales leads and conduct consultations to understand client needs for residential landscapesEstimate project costs and create detailed proposalsPresent proposals and close sales on custom outdoor projects (not all projects require designs)Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referralsCollaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth project hand off; share projects with seasoned designers when needed (resulting in a small commission split) ; continue to support the client relationship during installationWhy Work With Us?Because of our culture. We listen deeply-to our clients and to each other-because we know the best designs come from shared vision and mutual respect.RequirementsExperience in sales, preferably in landscaping, home improvement, or related fieldsProven track record of closing home improvement projects and meeting sales targetsHorticultural proficiency is essential, along with knowledge of design concepts and construction estimatingStrong communication and relationship-building skillsPassion for client-focused salesProfessional and approachable demeanorCAD experience is a plus but not requiredAvailability for evening or Saturday appointments is requiredNo overnight travelBenefitsGuaranteed base of $45,000 annually ($21.63/hour)15% commission on installed revenue (net of write-offs and credits), with excess paid monthlySmall commission split on projects shared with seasoned designersTarget total compensation: $150,000 - $200,000Medical, vision, and dental401k matchEmployee discountsImmediate career advancement opportunities
