As a Cold Stone Team Member, you'll create made-to-order ice cream creations, deliver an unforgettable guest experience, and be part of a fun, high-energy team. What You'll Do Greet every guest with a warm, friendly attitude Prepare and serve Cold Stone ice cream creations to order, following brand standards Keep the store clean, stocked, and ready for service Handle cash and credit transactions accurately Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Participate in team singing and guest engagement (yes, we really do sing!) Support your team during busy rushes and special events What We're Looking For Positive, energetic personality you genuinely enjoy working with people Reliable and punctual your team counts on you Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure Team player who pitches in wherever needed Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required we'll train the right person!
