Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Certified Behavior Technician located in Puyallup, WA. In this role, you will provide one-on-one behavioral interventions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Daily responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, monitoring and recording client progress, and assisting in skill acquisition aligned with treatment goals. The role involves working collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), parents, and guardians to support the development and success of each client. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Proficiency in implementing Behavioral Intervention techniquesStrong Communication skills, especially when interacting with families and team membersBackground in Psychology and an understanding of developmental disabilitiesAbility to work effectively with children and demonstrate patience and empathyRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain within a designated timeframeHigh school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plusExperience working with children with ASD is preferred but not required
